Who we are

I’m Michael Gaines, a certified personal trainer specializing in bodybuilding, strength & conditioning, and nutrition. My coaching philosophy is what I call Lifestyle Training—a real-world approach that mimics everyday movements to boost your strength, wellness, and longevity.

Growing up as the son of two military parents and a lifelong athlete, I’ve experienced the highs and lows of pushing my body to its limits and understanding what it’s capable of. Now, my mission is to share that hard-earned knowledge, guiding you to make smarter choices in nutrition and training so you can lead a long, vibrant life full of energy and health.
